Privacy at Woho

• Your website address and chosen writing language (a target country only if you set one later).
• Your email address, so the analysis can be linked to you and moved into a Woho account.
• Whether you ticked the optional box for product updates, with the exact wording you saw and when.
• Campaign tags from the link you arrived through (for example utm_source) and the referring website’s domain.
• A pseudonymous rate-limit key derived from your network address. We don’t store the address itself.

If website analysis isn’t available and you choose to join the waitlist, we store your email, the website address and choices you entered, and the consent wording you ticked — only to email you once when analysis opens.

Up to five public pages of the website you enter, after checking its robots.txt rules. Page text is read by a managed crawling service and summarised by an AI model; suggestions are labelled as such and linked to the page text they came from.

Results are protected by a long random link that works like a password: anyone who has it can view the results and edit the draft Brand DNA until it expires (7 days). We only store a scrambled (hashed) version of it. In your browser we keep the link itself and the website’s domain, plus — only for the current tab — your quiz answers and campaign tags. Your email is never stored in the browser.

• Unclaimed analyses, emails and answers: deleted after 180 days at the latest.
• Waitlist entries: deleted after 180 days at the latest.
• If you sign up with the same, confirmed email, the analysis moves into your account.
• Anonymous usage events (no emails or addresses): kept for up to 400 days.

Email sending isn’t set up yet, so Woho currently sends no result or waitlist emails. Account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset) are sent only when you create an account. Product updates go only to people who ticked the optional box.

Hosting, database and AI features run on Lovable Cloud. When website reading is switched on, pages are fetched by Firecrawl. A full list of processors and their locations will be added before launch.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Contact details for these requests will be published before launch.
